How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery charges are calculated by product weight

All orders are Delivered At Place (DAP) and will be delivered to your specified delivery address. It is your (the buyer’s) responsibility to arrange for any duties to be paid upon arrival to your country.

Next Day Delivery

Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday to qualify for next working day delivery.

You'll see an estimated delivery lead time next to each product from this website in the shopping basket. Delivery lead times are confirmed once you've added the items to your basket and entered your delivery postcode. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and where items are being delivered.

Most items come directly from us, but some larger products are delivered straight to you from our suppliers. This will also affect delivery times and conditions. If no one is at a property when it is delivered, the courier will try to leave the parcel in a safe place. If this isn't possible, a calling card with the carrier's contact details will be left so we can arrange another delivery date. However, another delivery will be attempted the next day if the customer doesn't make contact beforehand. The parcel will be held at the depot for five days. If you don't get in contact to arrange another delivery time, the item will be returned to us for a refund.

We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We also reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
