The Genie® Model 170 is designed to remove 100% of entrained liquids and particulates from gas samples. 

The Genie® Supreme Series 100 models are also available, which offer an improved housing design for easy maintenance and the innovative Liquid Block Technology™ that prevents liquid from being forced across the membrane should sample line pressure conditions become upset.

Superior Protection

This model is designed for protecting small portable analysers that require very small amounts of flow on a continuous or intermittent basis. For example, this model protects small, portable GC’s that are used for BTU analysis in the Natural Gas Industry. It is also used for some lab GC’s.

Some of the Genie® Model 170’s outstanding features are the 1/16th” low dead volume (LDV) fittings, the fact that an o-ring is not required for sealing, and a 0.16cc internal volume that facilitates quick purging.
