With one of the largest service networks in the industry, we are able to provide full service and support across a range of product portfolios including: Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems, Gas Detection & Analysis Instruments, Air Quality Monitoring Systems, Sampling & Filtration Equipment and our hire fleet. 


The a1-cbiss philosophy differs from our competitors in that we firmly believe quality should continue far beyond the production phase. All systems are supported by our dedicated service department to provide repair, calibration, preventative maintenance, software support and remote diagnostics - 24 hour / 7 days per week to our customers.


All of our proposals offer tried and tested technology with proven reliability. All systems are fully supported in the UK by industry specialist engineers, giving peace of mind that your a1-cbiss product is receiving the most comprehensive maintenance programme available.  With our range of all-inclusive contracts (optional) you can confidently budget for at least 12 months operation without any surprises.

Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) customers only
• Guaranteed 3 working day, 48 hour, 24 hour or 6 hour response to site - 7 days per week
• Remote diagnostics with telephone support
• OMA documentation/attendance
• QAL2 attendance
• QAL3 attendance
• Bank holiday cover

We work alongside a variety of gas detection suppliers to enable us to support a wide range of technologies and equipment within the gas detection market. We pride ourselves at providing service and support to the highest quality at competitive prices. Our service team provide turnaround times to satisfy individual customer requirements and with a high level of expertise in the service, repair and calibration of gas detectors and monitoring equipment, our service function continues to be recognised as an experienced, reliable and competitively priced solution.
