Raw Gas Measurement

In most combustion processes with high-temperature conditions, atmospheric nitrogen reacts with oxygen to produce Nitrogen Oxides (NOx).which are highly dangerous when emitted to the atmosphere.

The amount of NOx in the flue can be effectively reduced by dosing with Ammonia (NH3) or urea during the abatement process. However, the dosing process is costly and needs to be accurately controlled.

Raw gas measurement analysers provide you with the level of pollutants there are in the gas stream prior to abatement. It can, therefore, help control how much Ammonia (for NOx) and lime (for HCl) you need to add without the risk of overdosing (and overpaying).
