Gas-Pro Multi-Gas Detector

Gas-Pro gives the flexibility to detect up to 5 gases with a wide range of toxic and flammable gas types using IR and PID sensor options. The Gas-Pro is a compact, rugged IP65 & IP67 device capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments and everyday use.

An optional internal pump, activated with the flow plate, takes the pain out of pre-entry testing and allows Gas-Pro to be worn either in pumped or diffusion modes.

Available with an internal pump or as diffusion only, Gas-Pro pumped simplifies confined space access with an intuitive pre-entry checking feature.

Gas-Pro IR

Gas-Pro IR gives the flexibility to detect up to 5 gases with a wide range of gas types to choose from, including IR detection of flammable gases and CO₂. All in a compact, rugged IP65 & IP67 device capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments and everyday use.

Infrared (IR) sensor for detection of flammable gases and CO₂, which guarantees a fast response and fail-safe operation. IR sensor also requires little maintenance and provides reliable protection over many years. In addition, Gas-Pro IR is available with PID sensor for use in the chemical industry, especially if working in or around tanks that contain solvents.

Gas-Pro IR detects potentially explosive gases in conditions where a pellistor-based catalytic sensor may struggle, especially in a low oxygen environment. The infrared measurement gives improved reliability and measures gas in two different wavelengths: one that absorbs gas and the other does not. With little chance of being poisoned, the Gas-Pro IR is inherently safer and saves the need of regular and expensive pellistor replacement when used in likely contaminated environments.

Gas-Pro PID gives the flexibility to detect up to 5 gases with a wide range to choose from. Detect hundreds of different volatile organic compounds including solvents, glues, and paints using the photo ionization detection (PID) sensor. Add an IR sensor for detecting a variety of flammable gases or CO₂.
All in a compact, rugged IP65 & IP67 device capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments and everyday use.
