Description

The overhead rescue attachment point on Two Point Rescue Harnesses has been tested to the requirements of EN361:2002. So when used with a retractable fall arrester mounted onto a tripod for confined space access, the overhead attachment point is guaranteed to be suitable for use.

Two point (front & rear D rings) fall arrest safety harness with overhead rescue attachment

  • Tested and certified to conform to EN361 & EN1497
  • 45mm polyester webbing, with plated (anti-corrosive) steel fittings
  • Quick connect buckles on leg loops and chest strap
  • Shoulder adjustment via sprung-loaded floating bar buckles
  • Adjustment on leg loops, chest strap and shoulder straps
  • Weight: 1.50Kg

Relevant training and personal protective equipment must be provided for all personnel working at height.

The IKAR two point rescue harnesses have been specifically designed to be lightweight and easy to wear. They are multi-adjustable and enable a greater size range of users compared to most other designs.

Applications

With both a rear and a front (chest mounted) fall arrest attachment points, these harnesses can be used for both fall restraint (working with an MEWP) and fall arrest (working in the scaffolding industry).
